I meet on-site and learn everything I can about the successes and pain-points of your team.
I’ll speak with staff, clients, and any other relevant stakeholders to develop an overall canvas of the organization and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
II. Design & Architect
A collaboration to envision the best tools for the job.
We will work together to discuss solutions both through process and technology. I always focus on a human-centered design, keeping in mind the end user of a given tool.
We will craft both designs and a technical architecture that suit the needs of your organization and that are built for growth.
III. Develop & Deploy
Build the essentials first, and add components as we go.
We will create a timeline of milestones that represent various deployments of the tools we designed.
I will help you staff a team and lead them through development and launch. I can work with in-house experts or help you identify talent elsewhere.

Safe Parking LA
Safe Parking LA is the largest provider of Safe Parking in, well, LA. They provide hundreds of our unhoused neighbors a safe place to stay every night and connect them with resources and housing.
I’m working with Safe Parking LA to develop platforms that enable the team to communicate effectively and efficiently with their ever growing number of patrons.
Text Outreach Portal
Working with various homelessness non-profits and community organizations I developed and maintain a platform that helps connect our unhoused neighbors with things like showers, case workers, and laundry services.
Thousands of notifications go out each month, increasing the awareness and attendance of many events on the east side of Los Angeles.
Nithya For City Council
Nithya Raman is an urban planner, community advocate, and mother of two. She is a candidate for Council District 4 in Los Angeles.
I support the campaign through digital strategy, working on everything from processing and effectively utilizing voter data to developing strategies for increased communication with stakeholders and team members.
